Job Brief
We’re looking for a tenacious, curious, confident, and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to join a high‑performing team within the business travel solutions industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven salesperson who loves owning the full 360° sales cycle - from generating new business opportunities to converting and onboarding clients.
In this role, you'll proactively identify prospects, build strong commercial relationships, deliver compelling sales conversations, and close high‑value deals. You’ll be joining a company known for its supportive culture, sociable team environment, and dynamic approach to growth.
Key Highlights of the Role
- Full end-to-end sales cycle ownership: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Engaging with organisations of all sizes to understand their travel needs and position tailored solutions.
- Working autonomously while also collaborating closely with a motivated, friendly team.
- Using your commercial curiosity to uncover opportunities and your confidence to win them.
- £37.5k base salary + uncapped commission
