About the Opportunity
Are you a proactive, commercially sharp salesperson who loves winning new business? We’re partnering with a fast‑growing business travel solutions provider to hire a Business Development Manager who can take ownership of the full sales cycle and help accelerate their next phase of growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys consultative selling, and gets energised by turning prospects into long‑term customers. You’ll join a company with a standout people culture - collaborative, ambitious, and genuinely supportive.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building a strong pipeline of new business through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting
- Leading high‑impact sales conversations that uncover business travel challenges and position tailored solutions
- Managing the complete sales process - from initial engagement to negotiation and closing
- Developing and maintaining strong commercial relationships across a wide range of organisations
- Collaborating with a motivated, friendly team while maintaining autonomy over your day‑to‑day sales approach
- Competitive base salary of £37.5k with uncapped earning potential
- Hybrid structure: 3 days in the Blackfriars office, 2 days working remotely

- 3-4+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in a closing role
