- Digital Sales Specialist FTC
Description
In this role you will significantly influence and increase Dentsply Sirona’s equipment business activities across Intraoral scanners, Chairside CADCAM & Imaging products and ensure sales and revenue targets are met in line with Dentsply Sirona’s objectives. You will also support Dentsply Sirona’s equipment dealer network and the end user customers with Dentsply Sirona Products.
You must live on the territory North London (AL, WD EN), London or South East (SL, GU, RH, BN, TN, ME, CT)
Responsibilities
• Demonstrate and sell Dentsply Sirona’s digital portfolio
• To manage the relationship with key stakeholders within Dentsply Sirona dealer network and to meet your regions revenue targets.
• Collaborate and support Territory Sales Managers to facilitate workflow implementation and achieve regional growth
• To ensure all opportunities are followed up and dealt with in a timely manner.
• Manage and produce effective outcomes using Salesforce
• Analyse business trends, develop and execute territory business plans
• Provide presentations and demonstrations at industry and company events
• Organise sales demonstrations in your region using allocated leads, opportunities or target accounts
• Supporting the Dentsply Sirona dealer network with knowledge and expertise by working closely with respective sales teams and providing ongoing training
• Ensure Dentsply Sirona are our dealer networks partner of choice for Digital Equipment & Solutions.
Profile requested
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent industry experience
• Experience in selling high end equipment, ideally major brand in the market or Dental Capital equipment knowledge
• Strong background in dentistry or dental sales desirable
• Excellent product and industry knowledge
• Experience of using a CRM effectively & efficiently
• Highly organised – desire to constantly improve efficiencies in this field
• Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment
• Self-motivated, enjoys working independently
• Enthusiastic, efficient and customer focus
• Structured and clear thinker – ability to prioritise a demanding workload through business planning and territory management.
• Computer literate: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; further languages of advantage
• Able to undertake regular UK business travel i.e. 4 nights per month
• Must hold a valid local driving license.
