The position offers high visibility and the chance to lead deals across a wide range of geographies and structures. Key Responsibilities: Transaction Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end deal process, from sourcing and underwriting to closing.
• Oversee all aspects of due diligence, coordinating cross-functional internal and external teams.
• Negotiate acquisition, JV, and financing agreements with senior stakeholders and counterparties.

Financial & Strategic Analysis

• Guide the development of detailed financial models and scenario analyses.
• Evaluate complex capital structures and identify optimal investment strategies.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on robust analysis and market insight.

Investment Committee Interface

• Prepare and present comprehensive investment memoranda to senior leadership.
• Act as the key point of contact for all hotel-related acquisitions with the Investment Committee.

Team Leadership

• Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Drive excellence in underwriting, diligence, and market research practices.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in real estate private equity or investment banking.
• Strong interest in the hotel sector and understanding of relevant operational and capital market dynamics.
• Exceptional financial modelling, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and lead negotiations at a senior level.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
