Requirements • Proven credit control leadership experience in a complex, multi-site organisation (hospitality, retail, hotel, or real estate sectors strongly preferred). • Experience managing a sizable ledger and high-volume customer base, with the ability to manage both upwards (senior stakeholders) and downwards (team leadership). • Strong month-end close and financial reporting skills, with advanced MS Excel proficiency. • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Team-oriented with a strong cultural and team fit. • Immediate or short notice availability preferred.
Desirable • Familiarity with SAP Business ByDesign and/or Salesforce. • Experience in finance transformation or process improvement projects. • Investor reporting or CICM qualification.
