Description
Join the dynamic Caesars Entertainment team of hotel meetings and conventions sales professionals—while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
In this role, you will manage an assigned territory and portfolio of accounts, driving market share growth and generating contract revenue to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to all RFPs, delivering comprehensive and compelling proposals that maximize opportunities to secure business for Caesars Entertainment.
Thoroughly qualify leads and prepare detailed business review documentation, including rates, dates, meeting space requirements, and revenue projections, while navigating the approval process.
Negotiate and execute contracts with a focus on favorable terms and conditions that minimize financial and legal risk to Caesars Entertainment.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities in Delphi, including account, contact, and booking information, as well as client interactions and sales communications.
Build and strengthen client relationships through proactive sales calls, client entertainment, site visits, and business travel.
Uphold data integrity standards by ensuring all customer and booking information is accurate, complete, and free of duplication.
Consistently identify and pursue opportunities to grow revenue and enhance the customer experience across the Caesars Entertainment portfolio.
This position requires strong sales acumen, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service while achieving revenue targets.
Requirements
Currently working in hotel sales with a focus on meetings and events. Highly motivated, results-driven professional with a minimum of two years of sales experience. Actively engaged in the hospitality and events industry, regularly participating in key industry associations, networking opportunities, and events. Brings an established customer base while demonstrating a proven ability to cultivate new business relationships and expand market share. A collaborative team player with a strong commitment to achieving individual and organizational goals.
Proven track record of consistent performance, accountability, and success utilizing a variety of sales strategies to manage complex sales cycles across diverse customer segments. Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations, build strong client relationships, and influence decision-making at all levels.
